You'll take home your very own SCOBY and starter brew, plus a comprehensive list of instructions and FAQs to help you on your way. Enjoy Kombucha tastings and fresh seasonal fruit as we chat all things 'Booch'. It's also a great opportunity to meet some new faces and learn how to experiment with your second ferments!
Allow approximately 90 minutes for the workshop (please arrive on time so you don't miss out on important info!).
I recommend having a large recycled vessel ready at home for your first brew (any glass or ceramic vessel/jar between 1L and 3L is ideal) and a tea towel or chux. I provide the rest!

Note: My Kombucha is home-brewed naturally with rainwater, sugar, loose leaf tea and a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY). It is not pasteurised so as to promote maximum populations of healthy microbes and naturally contains a very small percentage of alcohol. I recommend gradual introduction into your diet to give your body time to adjust - if you experience ongoing gut problems, consult your GP or Dietician for professional advice.
